I bought this pen as a replacement for my long-loved, beat up Fisher Space AG-7E pen.
Going from a retractable to a capped pen, the build quality from the Fisher Space Pen company is still excellent.
I have never hesitated to use the pen when writing against a wall or in a reclining armchair.
There is no need to carry the pen wrapped in silk on a plush pillow. The pen can take some abuse.
Easily the best refillable pen to have when you consider a pen as a "tool" and expect dependable performance.
